WHOOP Advanced Labs is a personalized blood testing service that gives you deep insight into your health - including hormones, metabolism, heart health, inflammation, and more. Each test includes 65+ biomarkers and a clinician-reviewed report, plus a personalized action plan right in the app. Unlike a typical physical, WHOOP Advanced Labs is designed to help you take action, not just track numbers.

Start by purchasing a test subscription. You'll schedule your blood draw at a local Quest Diagnostics location. Once your results are ready, you’ll receive a clinician-reviewed report and personalized action plan directly in the WHOOP app.

WHOOP Advanced Labs integrates key health biomarkers with your 24/7 WHOOP data — like strain, sleep, and recovery - so you can understand how your daily behaviors are impacting your health at a deeper level.

You’ll receive a detailed Clinical Report reviewed by a clinician, a personalized Action Plan, and in-app guidance to help you take action on your results.

After purchase, you’ll schedule your blood draw at a local Quest Diagnostics location. Lab visits take about 15 minutes. At-home testing is coming soon in select regions.

All lab results are reviewed by licensed clinicians who interpret your biomarkers and provide guidance directly in the WHOOP app.

Results are typically available in the WHOOP app within 7-10 business days after your test.

Yes - you can export a summary of your lab results across all tests, or results for any individual test to share at any time.

Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. We use multiple layers of security to keep your lab results private and protected. We strive to continually enhance our privacy and security program, and additional login factors such as Multi-factor authentication (MFA) are also rolling out soon to give you extra control over your Advanced Labs account.

WHOOP Advanced Labs may be eligible for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA plan. After purchase, you’ll receive an itemized receipt that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please check with your individual plan administrator to confirm eligibility.

All US-based members aged 18 or older who are not pregnant are eligible to join WHOOP Advanced Labs and have their blood drawn. Additionally, some situations call for extra caution. If you are within 20 weeks postpartum, weigh under 100 lbs (45 kg), have severe anemia (Hb < 8 g/dL), or recently had surgery, we recommend waiting until you’re cleared by your clinician.

WHOOP Advanced Labs is currently available in the United States only, but we have plans to expand internationally in the near future. In the USA, WHOOP Advanced Labs will be available in all states at launch with the exception of Arizona, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming. Members in these states are welcome to travel to a neighboring state to test if they would still like to sign up for WHOOP Advanced Labs. We are working hard to bring WHOOP Advanced Labs to all 50 states as soon as possible. It’s also important to note that in certain states like New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island there are state-specific requirements that must be met and incur an additional fee. That additional fee, collected onsite at the Quest location will be $50.
