Insights from Gabby Thomas and Resources on Health & Wellness in the Black Community
WHOOP is honoring Black History Month by shining a light on health inequities and mental health strain within the Black community.
One of the fastest women on the planet, Gabby Thomas graduated from Harvard where she studied neurobiology and global health. She is currently working towards a Master’s degree in epidemiology. Alongside Gabby, our goal is to democratize information and research to aid awareness of these issues, empower change, and help to close the gap. Here are some resources we'd like to share via the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, including links to books, podcasts, websites, and other materials.
