WHOOP Advanced Labs keeps going—combining what’s happening inside your body with your daily habits to coach you to live healthier, every day. With the option to retest over time, it’s a clearer, smarter way to understand and support your long-term health.

WHOOP Advanced Labs enhances the WHOOP experience with two parts: uploading test results (free with membership) and in person testing (add-on subscription). 

Uploads let you store results from any provider, track trends, and connect them to your WHOOP data. 

WHOOP Advanced Labs testing gives you 65 biomarkers per panel, a clinician-reviewed report, and an action plan in the app. WHOOP testing has a separate fee based on the costs associated with in person blood testing.

Each WHOOP Advanced Labs test looks at 65 biomarkers alongside your 24/7 WHOOP data. Get a deeper view of these metrics that you wouldn’t see otherwise. With WHOOP Advanced Labs testing, you’ll get results, a clinician-reviewed report, and a personalized action plan that integrates into your Weekly Plan and Journal. Plus, as part of your membership at no extra cost, you can upload previous labs to keep all your results in one place, view long-term trends, and connect them with your 24/7 WHOOP data.

You’ll receive a detailed Clinical Report reviewed by a clinician, a personalized Action Plan, and in-app guidance to help you take action on your results.

WHOOP Advanced Labs testing is powered exclusively by Quest®, with 2,000+ locations nationwide. When you schedule, just pick the time and Quest® location that works best for your blood draw. You can also add in previous test results for free with WHOOP membership within the app, no need to travel.

 All lab results are reviewed by licensed clinicians who interpret your biomarkers and provide guidance directly in the WHOOP app.

Results are typically available in the WHOOP app within 7-10 business days after your test.

Yes - you can export a summary of your lab results across all tests, or results for any individual test to share at any time.

We take privacy seriously. Your data stays yours. All data is encrypted and never shared without your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the WHOOP app.

WHOOP Advanced Labs may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. Members should check with their plan administrator to confirm eligibility. WHOOP will provide a receipt to assist with submission.

US-based members aged 18 or older who are not pregnant are eligible to join WHOOP Advanced Labs and have their blood drawn. Additionally, some situations call for extra caution. If you are within 20 weeks postpartum, weigh under 100 lbs (45 kg), have severe anemia (Hb < 8 g/dL), or recently had surgery, we recommend waiting until you’re cleared by your clinician. Advanced Labs testing is not available in Arizona, Hawaii, Wyoming, North Dakota, or South Dakota; however, tests may be completed out of state. Advanced Labs is not available to residents of New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island.
