Inside Look: What's Next for WHOOP in 2025

We know our members care deeply about what’s coming next, which is why we’re excited to share a look at our product roadmap. Some features are already in development and coming soon in the next 6 months. Others are still taking shape and on the horizon for 2026, and some we can’t talk about just yet. Everything here will evolve based on your feedback and the latest in health and performance science.

WHOOP began by helping elite athletes reach peak performance. Over time, we’ve learned that performance isn’t just for game day — it’s for every day. It’s about showing up at your best for the people and passions that matter most to you. That insight expanded our mission: to unlock human performance and healthspan. We believe in a future where people don’t just live longer, they live better. It starts with one simple idea: empower people to make smarter daily choices that drive lifelong improvements in health.

Our long-term goal? To collectively add one billion healthy years to people’s lives. Here’s how we plan to get there:

We're building a more intelligent WHOOP – powered by next-generation AI models – that learns from your data, understands the rhythms of your life, and supports your evolving goals. It will go beyond analyzing your data to learn, adapt, and anticipate your next step, translating insights into personalized guidance that gets smarter the more you use it.

  • Memory & Deep Personalization: WHOOP will remember the important things about your life, like frequent travel, ongoing health concerns, having young children, or specific training to tailor guidance accordingly. With AI-powered memory, WHOOP delivers more context-aware coaching while keeping privacy front and center. 
  • Smarter Guidance that Adapts To You: WHOOP will personalize plans for you by intelligently analyzing your bloodwork, Healthspan opportunities, and unique goals. Using state-of-the-art AI, WHOOP will evaluate your ongoing progress, highlighting your successes and adapting recommendations to ensure you stay on track. 

On the Horizon: 

  • Voice & Image Integration: Effortlessly capture important details, log activities, and get personalized insights, all by speaking and using voice commands.
  • Adaptive Coaching: WHOOP will use real-time learning and predictive AI models to automatically adjust guidance for training, recovery, and lifestyle habits without requiring input from you, staying one step ahead of your needs – and keeping you on track towards your goals.

Because this roadmap is a living document, some priorities may shift, some timelines may move, and some ideas will evolve – or even change entirely. Ed Baker is the Chief Product Officer at WHOOP, where he leads product innovation. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Growth Officer and Board Member, helping scale the business into a global leader in wearable health tech. A serial entrepreneur and growth leader, he’s held senior roles at Uber and Meta, and built multiple companies with successful exits. A longtime WHOOP member and endurance athlete, Ed is passionate about building products that help people live and perform at their best. Ed has an MBA from Stanford, and at Harvard, he concentrated in Chemistry & Physics.
