WHOOP Ireland Gender Pay Report 2025

Snapshot period: July 1 2024 – June 30 2025
WHOOP Limited has published its 2025 Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report, reflecting our continued commitment to transparency, accountability, and gender equality in the workplace.
As of June 30 2025, WHOOP Ireland had a median hourly pay gap of –0.24%, indicating near-perfect parity in typical earnings between men and women. The mean hourly pay gap was –3.10%, showing that, on average, female employees earn slightly more per hour than male employees.
Pay and Representation
Women are well-represented across WHOOP Ireland, particularly in the upper quartile of pay, supporting a balanced distribution of opportunity and reward. WHOOP had no part-time or temporary employees during the reporting period.
Lower Quartile
- 39.3% Female
- 60.7% Male
Lower-Middle Quartile
- 35.7% Female
- 64.3% Male
Upper-Middle Quartile
- 28.6% Female
- 71.4% Male
Upper Quartile
- 46.4% Female
- 53.6% Male
Bonus Pay
A median bonus gap of –22.2% shows that female employees typically received slightly higher bonuses than their male peers. The mean bonus gap of 54.4% is driven by one exceptional outlier — a single large bonus awarded at senior level — rather than a systemic difference. Almost identical proportions of employees received a bonus (62.9% male; 61.9% female), and similar participation was seen in benefits-in-kind (61.4% male; 69% female).
Our Commitment
At WHOOP, we’re proud that our 2025 results reflect gender parity in typical earnings and strong female representation at senior levels. As we continue to grow, we remain deeply committed to advancing gender balance through inclusive hiring, meaningful development opportunities, and clear pathways for advancement.
