2022 saw an emphasis on mental health, outdoor, and social activities, as well as an emphasis on small, daily habits that added up to better health. Let’s take a look back and celebrate the top months, moments, and milestones when WHOOP members unlocked their best.

THE YEAR STARTED OFF STRONG WITH EVEN STRONGER SLEEP PERFORMANCE

The WHOOP community must have resolved to get great sleep because sleep performance peaked in January, and Sundays proved to be the best (and most regular) rest days.

WHOOP Truth

January was the sleepiest month of the year with members averaging 6.5 hours of shut eye per night, receiving an 80.1% sleep performance.

Members slept the best on Saturday nights with an average sleep performance of 80.6%.

In the U.S., Pickleball is the fastest growing activity in the WHOOP community, and is logged 356% more often stateside than other regions on WHOOP.
