With the latest WHOOP technology, WHOOP 5.0, guests can get insights into everything from their strain, sleep, and recovery, to heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and skin temperature. Plus, Healthspan with WHOOP Age — a first of its kind feature that shows how daily behaviors impact long-term health — gives guests more visibility into how they’re aging, and guides them on what they can do to improve. Healthspan calculates these insights by analyzing nine key metrics including:
- Sleep consistency
- Sleep duration
- Daily steps
- Time in heart rate zones (1-3 and 4-5)
- Strength training time
- VO₂ Max
- Resting heart rate (RHR)
- Lean Body Mass
