WHOOP 5.0 + WHOOP MG

WHOOP 5.0 and WHOOP MG set a new standard in wearable technology — introducing a sleeker design, upgraded sensors, and 14+ days of battery life, all built to help you live better, train smarter, and extend your prime for years to come. With this launch came a redesigned membership experience — three new tiers built for every health journey. WHOOP One focuses on optimizing fitness and performance. WHOOP Peak emphasizes long-term health insights and longevity. And WHOOP Life, paired with WHOOP MG, adds advanced cardiovascular and medical-grade insights. Each membership unlocks deeper personalization through powerful coaching, AI-driven insights, and integrated features to empower every member to take control of their health, performance, and future.

WHOOP Advanced Labs

For the first time, you can now connect your lab results to your 24/7 WHOOP data. By integrating biomarkers like glucose, cholesterol, and cortisol, WHOOP Advanced Labs is a comprehensive look at your health to help you understand your body like never before, and get coached towards improvements. 

WHOOP Advanced Labs offers two experiences designed for flexibility and depth, bringing your lab results and WHOOP data together in one unified hub for your health. Included with every WHOOP membership, you can upload your lab results from anywhere to keep all your data in one place, view long-term trends, and gain added context from WHOOP. Members in the U.S. can purchase and schedule lab tests directly in the WHOOP app, with each test covering 65 key biomarkers, a clinician-reviewed report, and a personalized action plan that integrates seamlessly with your Weekly Plan and Journal. By combining lab data with over 100,000 daily data points, WHOOP Advanced Labs delivers the most complete, actionable view of your health yet.

Healthspan

With Healthspan, WHOOP made aging a metric you can understand and improve. The feature introduced two breakthrough metrics, WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging, for a clearer picture of how daily habits influence long-term health. WHOOP Age reflects your body’s physiological age, and Pace of Aging is a dynamic measure of how quickly your body is getting older or younger. 

Powered by nine key metrics across sleep, activity, and fitness — including VO₂ Max, resting heart rate, sleep consistency, and strength activity — Healthspan connects the dots between your daily habits and your biological trajectory. It reveals how recovery, training, and lifestyle decisions affect your overall vitality and helps you take action to improve it over time. WHOOP updates your WHOOP Age and Pace of Aging weekly, so you can see exactly how your body is trending and what changes are making a difference.

Available to WHOOP Peak and Life members, Healthspan is more than a feature, it’s a new framework for living better for longer. 

Heart Screener ECG + AFib Detection

Heart Screener introduced medical-grade, clinically accurate ECG capabilities, available on WHOOP MG. Heart Screener can detect irregular heart rhythms like AFib, and generate reports to share with healthcare providers. It’s a powerful step toward proactive, personalized cardiovascular care. 

Blood Pressure Insights

WHOOP MG introduced Blood Pressure Insights, providing daily estimates of systolic and diastolic ranges right from your wrist. Blood Pressure Insights delivers trend-based data to help you learn how blood pressure affects all the dimensions of wellbeing and performance.

Women’s Hormonal Insights

Women’s Hormonal Insights empowers women to take control of their health with deeper, more personalized data on how hormones shape performance, recovery, and well-being. At its core, Women’s Hormonal Insights includes two experiences: Menstrual Cycle Insights and Pregnancy Insights. Menstrual Cycle Insights integrates menstrual cycle tracking with physiological data, connecting hormonal changes to shifts in sleep, strain, mood, and recovery. You can log symptoms, track phases, and receive educational guidance within each stage of your cycle, with personalized support. Pregnancy Insights provides weekly, tailored insights into how the body adapts through pregnancy, helping you adjust activity, rest, and hydration while comparing trends to other members in similar stages.

VO₂ Max

With the launch of VO₂ Max, WHOOP introduced a new way to understand long-term cardiovascular fitness and its connection to overall healthspan. Using your heart rate and activity data, WHOOP estimates how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise, providing a powerful indicator of endurance, heart health, and longevity.

New AI guidance from WHOOP connects every part of your health data to offer deeper context and actionable insights. By integrating patterns from your strain, sleep, stress, and even lab results, WHOOP builds a complete picture of how your body is performing. WHOOP also learns your goals, preferences, and patterns — and remembers them. It layers in context from your life — travel, training, even weather — so guidance always fits what's actually happening. From Day in Review summaries to the ability to ask questions anywhere in the app, it not only explains why you feel the way you do but anticipates what’s coming next. 

Home Redesign 2025: Everything in One View

The redesigned WHOOP home screen brings your entire health story together at a glance. A refreshed interface puts the metrics that matter most — Sleep, Recovery, and Strain — front and center, with new dials that make daily trends easier to interpret. The all-new Health tab unifies everything from cardiovascular fitness to long-term Healthspan metrics, helping you see how each system in your body connects and evolves over time. It’s a more intuitive, holistic view of your health.

Sleep, Reimagined

In 2025, WHOOP set a new standard for sleep tracking — combining clinical-grade validation with smarter, more actionable guidance. The updated Sleep Performance Score offers a holistic view of your rest, factoring in sleep sufficiency, consistency, efficiency, and stress to show how well your body truly recovered overnight.

Behind the scenes, the new sleep staging algorithm — trained on gold-standard polysomnography data from Central Queensland University and the University of Arizona — improved accuracy by over 7% in detecting light, REM, and deep sleep, and by over 3% in distinguishing wake from sleep. New bedtime recommendations in Sleep Planner help you align with your natural circadian rhythm, so you wake feeling refreshed and ready to perform. It’s the most comprehensive picture yet of how you sleep. 

Personalized Heart Rate Zones

Unlike traditional max heart rate calculations, WHOOP accounts for your unique resting and maximum heart rates to identify how hard your body is truly working. The result: individualized zones that adapt as your fitness evolves. The WHOOP Journal is now more dynamic and intuitive than ever. Innovation in Accessories & Apparel 

In 2025, WHOOP reimagined wearable design with a new era of performance-driven accessories and apparel. The expanded WHOOP Body collection introduced new Training and Intimates garments with refined fabrics, improved fit, and the innovative Any-Wear™ Pod, offering seamless wearability beyond the wrist. New styles through WHOOP Your Way offer even more personalization with fresh SuperKnit colors and finishes.

The Founder’s Collection, a limited capsule, paid tribute to the WHOOP journey, merging timeless design with cutting-edge materials. Seasonal highlights brought a bold edge — from refined neutrals to high-energy patterns. Exclusive collaborations with Patrick and Brittany Mahomes and Cristiano Ronaldo captured the spirit of the year: elite performance elevated through design.
