1. Program Description
a. Whoop provides you access to our customers' rich content via your mobile phone. For the richest user experience, you will need to have a data plan for your mobile device. You will engage our service using the Short Message Service (SMS) features of your mobile phone. You can try our service now. To access the Whoop demo, please text "WHOOP" or "JOIN" into 53000 (Standard message charges apply). You may also retrieve information about Whoop and our people on your mobile device. Text "INFO" into 53000 (Standard message charges apply).

b. We offer a premium service called Whoopscope. This is our mobile horoscope brought to you by our mascot dog "Whoop." You will be amused by the various predictions offered by "Whoop." To get this application, simply text "WHOOPSCOPE" to 53000 (Standard message charges apply). The price for each monthly Whoopscope is $0.99. You will have access to your Whoopscope until the end of the calendar month. Charges will appear on your phone bill or will be deducted from your pre-paid balance.

2. How to opt-in to our service
a. To opt-in to our standard Whoop services, text "WHOOP" or "JOIN" into 53000 and we will return a text message back to you with a URL that you can click which will take you to the Whoop web site where you will be guided through the opt-in process on your mobile phone. (Standard message charges apply).

b. To opt-in to our premium Whoopscope service, text "WHOOPSCOPE" into 53000 and we will return a text message back to you with the Whoopscope URL that you can click to take you to the Whoop mobile web site where you will be guided through the opt-in process on your mobile phone. (Standard message charges apply). After you opt-in, you will gain access to the Whoopscope content for your enjoyment.

3. Cost
a. To use our standard services, only standard/other charges apply; it means your carrier will charge you as part of your plan to send and receive text messages. Whoop charges no other fees to the mobile user for this service.

b. To use our premium Whoopscope service, a charge of $0.99 will be assessed that will give you access to the content until the end of the current calendar month. Charges will appear on your phone bill or will be deducted from your pre-paid balance.

4. How to opt-out of our service
To opt-out of any Whoop service (standard or premium), you can text "STOP" into 53000 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You will not receive any additional messages until you re-register by texting "WHOOP" or "JOIN" into 53000. (Standard message charges apply).
