the protection of Partner, Customer and Consumer Information. Whoop (herein referred
to as Company, we, us or our) respects your decision to do business with us and
takes your privacy and data security seriously. Our Privacy Policy provides you
with an opportunity to make informed choices about the management of personal information.
You trust us with your personal information and we'll honor that trust by handling
your information carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy will help you understand
how we safeguard and use information, and how it applies to all Customers who leverage
our technology for content delivery as well as Consumers who may interact with our
technology by accessing our Customer's content via our network and viewing or interacting
with that content.

Our products and services are delivered to Customers who use them to create mobile
content which is made available to mobile device owners (herein referred to as Consumers)
who access our Customer's developed content via our system. We collect information
from and about you, whether a Customer or Consumer, in order to identify you as
a user of our system, establish and manage accounts within our system, complete
transactions within our system, understand your needs, market products and services
we believe are of value to you, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
We collect and obtain Customer and Consumer Information from various sources including
the following:
- Information you enter into online registration forms through our web site
- Information gathered from your mobile device as you interact with content served from our system
- Credit reporting agencies if you subscribe to one of our services
- Customer transactions with us or other institutions
- Customer communications with us or any of our affiliates
- Public information
3. Protection of Information
We are committed to maintaining the security of the Customer and Consumer Information
we possess. All operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment
that protects this information from being accessed by unauthorized individuals or
third parties. Access to nonpublic consumer information is restricted to those Employees
or associates who need to know that information in order to support our business

to Consumers. Under these agreements, the companies with a Whoop-related need-to-know
may gain access to the personal information we have collected about Consumers. They
are specifically required to safeguard this information, and are prohibited from
using it for any purpose beyond delivery of the intended service. We may also provide
certain Consumer Information to others outside of the Company as required or permitted
by law, such as to government entities, other third parties in response to subpoenas,
or to consumer reporting agencies.
5. Disclosures to Provide Consumers with Offers for Products and Services
We do not disclose any Consumer Information to anyone, except as permitted by law.
However, we recognize that an important benefit for Consumers is the opportunity
to receive offers for products and services from other companies that work with
