Whoop Content Policies play an important role in maintaining a rewarding and enjoyable experience for our users. Please respect these Policies. Whoop, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether any content published by a user violates Whoop's Content Policies. Whoop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Content Policies at any time without further notice. If changes occur, Whoop will post the changes to these Content Policies on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Whoop Web Site or products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Content Policies. Failure of a user to comply with the following Content Policies may result in Whoop denying access to its website to a user. Whoop has a Zero Tolerance Content Policy on the publishing of any content that falls into any of the categories listed below and will report to the appropriate authorities any user that violates the following Content Policies:

Users may not publish content that is determined by Whoop, in its sole discretion, to be pornographic or obscene
Child Pornography, Pedophilia, Incest and Bestiality
Users may not publish written, audio, image or video content that promotes child pornography, pedophilia, incest and bestiality. Whoop will terminate and report to the appropriate authorities any user who publishes or distributes content involving child pornography, pedophilia, incest or bestiality.
- Hateful Content:
Users may not publish material that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity.
- Violent Content:
Users may not publish direct threats of violence against any person or group of people, building or any other structure.
- Copyright:
Whoop's policy is to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
- Private and Confidental Information:
Users may not publish people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and driver's and other license numbers.
- Impersonation:
Users may not impersonate others through our services in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.
- Prohibited Use of Services:
Users may not use Whoop's products and services for unlawful purposes, any gambling activities or for promotion of dangerous and/or illegal activities.
- Spam, Malicious Codes and Viruses:
Users may not transmit spam or other malware and viruses.
